La Spleuza is not known only for the typical Val di Sole furniture totally made of wood of old houses of our valleys but also for its cuisine. From 1999 merges tradition and love for cooking, making feel the guests like home. Old family traditions, quality and detailed selection for ingredients are our secrets for offering delicious dishes.

Our menu is an invitation to discover Trentino tradition through genuine dishes and family recipes, prepared with high-quality local ingredients and a perfect balance between simplicity and innovation. In a welcoming atmosphere, we offer appetizers, typical first courses, and main dishes that embody the flavors of the mountains. Alongside traditional recipes, a selection of grilled meats enhances the raw ingredients and celebrates their authentic taste.

We have a wide selection of both local and global wines, including champagnes and bubbly wines of excellent quality.

We have up to 110 seats inside the restaurant and 25 in the garden during the summer season. We have a large parking lot, wi-fi connection and take away. For all the kids we have a colored room for playing inside the restaurant and a fenced area outside, including a slide and a swing.
